3. Payments & Fees

The one-time membership fee of ₹1,00,000 is payable in full at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in our refund policy.

3.2 Additional Costs

While membership provides access to discounted travel, members are responsible for:

• Airfare, unless specifically included in package
• Travel insurance
• Visa and passport fees
• Meals and activities not specified in package inclusions
• Personal expenses during travel

4. Travel Services

Travel bookings must be made through the Free Birds Club portal or designated booking channels. Members are required to:

• Provide accurate passenger information
• Adhere to booking deadlines and requirements

4.2 Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by travel provider and package. Members should review specific terms before booking. Free Birds Club acts as an intermediary and is not liable for provider policies.

4.3 Travel Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

10. Governing Law
